Today—I define myself as an Energetic Storyteller that uses vocal and poetic performances—instigating an instinctual full body expression that sparks my audience to infuse more authenticity and joy in their everyday lives.

Born in Muncie, Indiana, Sanovia is a creative entrepreneur, singer/songwriter & founder of Pack Light, LLC.

Sanovia has a strong belief in God, manifested in the form of Jesus Christ. Her sound is a mixture of new hip-hop & soul, gospel and neo-soul. With the mixture of her guitar, Sanovia has been heavily influenced by the likes of Lauryn Hill, India Arie, and Tori Kelly to name a few. Her overall goal is to find creative liberation which often happens through her random dance therapy, freestyling and one-takes she posts to social media.
