It all started A Few years ago…

Per usual, I created a 1/1 idea that I never shared with anyone. The Joy Journal positions itself between a Joy tracker and a planner. With intentional daily prompts, a space for daily small goals and four week of intention setting, this quarterly journal is a great way to get back into journaling and being intentional with your day.

The journal is not meant for really long writing, but a simple check-in practice.
