It all started A Few years ago…
Per usual, I created a 1/1 idea that I never shared with anyone. The Joy Journal positions itself between a Joy tracker and a planner. With intentional daily prompts, a space for daily small goals and four week of intention setting, this quarterly journal is a great way to get back into journaling and being intentional with your day.
The journal is not meant for really long writing, but a simple check-in practice.

Bubbles & Balloons.
Bubbles and Balloons (B&B) This day gathering is Pack Light’s main event that occurs once a quarter. The space is crafted in a way that is reminiscent & nostalgic from the entrance all the way to the back of the venue with your favorite childhood games, sensory experiences full of color, balloons, a relay race, bubbles, a dance floor and our favorite desserts/ finger food.
WE ARE ENCOURAGING YOU TO PLAY, CONNECT with other HUMANS & really take a deep well-deserved breath.
Pack Light Bubbles and Balloons Parties are great for a corporate retreat, learning and development event, self-care practice or community building activity.
